What we expect:

Discipline, integrity, teamwork, and the ability to articulate decisions in writing after stressful events. You will be screened, vetted, and continuously evaluated.

  • Military special operations, infantry, military police, or combat arms leadership
  • Law enforcement tactical teams or federal protective services
  • Intelligence analysts with all-source or HUMINT pedigree
  • Cybersecurity operators with OT/ICS exposure
  • Logistics officers with OCONUS deployment records

Security Operators

Close protection, site security, and QRF teams. Require SOF, infantry NCO, or SWAT equivalent experience and medical qualifications (TCCC preferred).

Watchfloor, fusion, and executive briefing roles. Require cleared or clearable status where contracts demand it; strong writing skills mandatory.

Air, land, and sea movement; manifesting; vendor oversight. Require hazardous cargo experience and attention to compliance detail.

Requirements & Screening

  • Minimum five years relevant experience for operational leadership; three years for support trades
  • Verifiable military or law-enforcement separation characterization
  • Medical fitness for deployment; passport with 12+ months validity
  • BMQT-level weapons qualification for armed billets
  • Psychological screening and structured interviews
  • Background investigation including financial and social media review
