Kronos Elite conducts operations with continuous reference to international humanitarian law principles, United Nations guidelines on the use of private security, and applicable bilateral agreements. Rules of engagement are drafted by legal counsel in consultation with client authority and host-nation regulators; any deviation triggers mandatory review.

Geneva Conventions & Human Rights Alignment

While PMSCs are not signatories to the Geneva Conventions, our personnel training incorporates distinction, proportionality, and humanity principles. We do not recruit persons listed on sanctions rolls, foreign terrorist organization affiliates, or those with credible human rights abuse findings.

Licensing, Registrations & Insurance

Where jurisdictions require private security or weapons licenses, Kronos Elite maintains current registrations and bonding. Insurance programs include general liability, professional liability, war-risk riders where available, and workers compensation scaled to theater hazard ratings.

Code of Conduct & Ethics Hotline

Employees, clients, and third parties may report suspected misconduct through an independent hotline. Investigations are supervised by the General Counsel; substantiated breaches lead to termination, referral to authorities, and contract remedies.

Anti-corruption due diligence applies to all agents and intermediaries. Facilitation payments are prohibited. Gifts above nominal value require pre-approval.
